The issue of ethics is important enough fot the Chairman and former CEO of Medtronic, a company that grew from 1.1 billion in market capitalization to over 60 billion in ten years, or 35% per year, to address a recently national convention in Ethics. Ethics, and its understood reponsilibily, is what makes our business work.

Chapter & Membership Guidelines
The following guidelines can be modified, or changed at anytime by The National Ethics & Critical Thinking Institute after seeking the advice and consent of two thirds of its member chapters.
The purpose of The National Ethics & Critical Thinking Institute is to encourage ethical and critical thinking in all aspects of life.Members can present various views of “ethics and critical thinking” and The National Ethics & Critical Thinking Institute will share these views to all its members.The National Ethics & Critical Thinking Institute will from time to time offer instruction in a variety of topics at no charge to its members.
The National Ethics & Critical Thinking Institute is not a political or religious organization.Political and religious views can be expressed, however, our purpose is not to represent any one political or religious viewpoint.
A National Ethics & Critical Thinking Institute chapter may be started by anyone and a chapter can consist of as few as one member.There are no membership fees or dues.From time to time a request for donations may be made to defray the cost of operations and administration.Donations are voluntary and do not effect a chapters status or standing.
No chapter or member may act for The National Ethics & Critical Thinking Institute, or take action-representing The National Ethics & Critical Thinking Institute.Request for action should be sent to Dr. Ludwig Otto at luotto@comcast.netfor review.Dr. Otto will confer with the chapter or member and decide on a course of action.His phone number is 817/548-1124.
